Water Treatment
Wastewater Treatment Plants, Domestic and Municipal
Wastewater treatment plants employing anaerobic processes such as EGSB and UASB, aerobic processes utilizing conventional activated sludge, extended aeration, and MBR (Membrane Bioreactors), Aerobic treatment via percolating filters and MBBR (Moving Bed Bioreactors), also incorporating anoxic processes for nitrogen removal. These plants are offered with reactors in civil construction as well as with glass fused to steel tanks or fiberglass tanks.
Our designs are formulated based on the quality, source, and flow rate of the influent, ensuring effluent quality compliance with government regulations and standards based on international norms. These treatment systems are applicable to municipal wastewater treatment, domestic treatment for condominiums, and hotels. Optional mechanical dewatering treatment for the sludge generated by the aforementioned treatments is also available.
INDUSTRIAL WASTEWATER
TREATMENT PLANTS
For industrial wastewater, we offer designs and equipment for treatment that comply with the discharge regulations of the installation site, as well as systems for partial reuse of treated water. The treatments offered include physicochemical processes, with sedimentation separators either packed, with sludge sweeping mechanisms, or with DAF flotation systems. If the system requires it, grease removal systems are included, as well as anaerobic treatment systems with EGSB reactors, aerobic treatment systems such as activated sludge, MBR, MBBR, or trickling filter, and optionally tertiary filtration for water recovery if necessary. The plants can be compact for low water flows or civil works with tanks in glass fused to steel for high water flows
INTERNAL ELEMENTS FOR TREATMENT PLANTS
DE AGUAS RESIDUALES
The treatment systems may include automatic grease removal systems and vortex desanding systems. The pumps used are either submersible or trash pumps to prevent blockages. The blowers used are positive displacement blowers in a package form with the option of a soundproof cabin, multistage centrifugal blowers, or regenerative blowers. Aeration systems for mixing in equalization tanks use coarse bubble diffusers, while those for aerobic reactors use fine bubble diffusers. Clarifiers include sludge sweeping mechanisms at the bottom of the tank when required and may also include lamella-type fillings in the upflow section to reduce the equipment's footprint.
